Growing up in a household with strong Ukranian roots (my mother's side), cooking and baking was always at the center of my Ukrainian family gathers. A passion for food was imbued in my early on with a family stall at the local farmer's market (St.Paul, Alberta) and growing fresh vegetables every year.

Fort Edmonton Park (2016)

Prepared a wide variety of desserts for the entire park. Personally planned, prepared, and served catered events of up to 40 people, assisted in catering events of up to 400 people.
