NeurAlbertaTech

NeurAlbertaTech is a neurotechnology focused student group that I cofounded in February 2019 with other undergraduate students at the University of Alberta. The group is a local student chapter of the NeuroTechX network, originally formed in Montreal in 2015, as such we are now connected with similar chapters all across the world. Originally our group formed solely as a project team for competing in international neurotech competitions, we have maintained that mandate, but we have now also come to host hands-on workshops in order to teach all interested students everything from basic programming to creating a complete BCI. 

I have lead 4 of the 5 major project teams between early 2019 and early 2021 and personally held weekly workshop for a year in order to establish this as an integral part of the group.
